Zoë's Big Week (part 2)

After Zoë's recital was finished, 3 days later was her preschool concert/graduation ceremony.  She had been practicing for her lines in the alphabet song, and was so very excited to tell the family that she was going to be holding the letter 'V', and would be singing "Vincent vacuums vegetables!".  She got to make up her line, and was giddy about using her brother's name.  This prompted Vince to try and make it possible for him to attend Zoë's concert/graduation ceremony.  He said he wanted to hear the alphabet song, but I think it really was so he could get some of the cupcakes at the party.  Either way, we didn't think he'd be missing much at kindergarten, so we grabbed him from school for a bit so he could be there for Zoë.
Here's Zoë, singing her heart out.. with her letter 'V' proudly in the air
another song, needing sunglasses for props
Around the room, each child has a portrait of their adult self hanging up, with a note saying what they want to be when they grow up.  Zoë's is a portrait of herself, knitting.  She wants to be a knitting teacher.  Wonder where she gets that from ;)

Our favorite nanny sisters came to see Zoë too
so cute in her graduation hat!
I had to go to work on Friday, when it was Zoë's official last day of her preschool career.  I think it's a good thing our nanny was taking her, I would have been a sobbing sap the whole morning, not able to let her go
Zoë's last day of loading into the car for preschool, say cheese!
Last time to hang up her backpack
Last day with her teachers, Mrs. Schramm(L), Mrs. Opie, and Mrs. Luciani(R)
It's hard for me to not get emotional seeing Zoë grow up, and hit these milestones!  She'll always be my baby girl, who gives me the best cuddles, and has the most kissable cheeks in the world.
